Esperanza Viva Imports ("Company," "we," "us") stands behind the durability and craftsmanship of our handmade leather goods. Our Legacy Guarantee provides coverage as outlined below:

1.1 Lifetime Coverage

The following components are covered for the lifetime of the original purchaser:

• Full-grain leather structural integrity

• All structural hardware (rivets, D-rings, buckles)

• Reinforced seams and hand-stitching

1.2 Five (5) Year Coverage

The following components are covered for five (5) years from the date of purchase:

• Heavy-duty plastic zippers

• Structural integrity of artisan-woven bracelets

1.3 Exclusions from Coverage

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear, patina development, or natural aging of leather

• Damage resulting from pets, accidents, misuse, or abuse

• Damage resulting from failure to properly maintain or condition the leather as specified in Section 3

• Loss, theft, or unauthorized modifications

1.4 Warranty Voidance

This warranty shall be VOID if:

• Soap, detergents, or any chemical cleaning agents are applied to the exterior leather surfaces

• Harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials are used on the interior vinyl surfaces

• The product has been altered, repaired, or modified by any party other than the Company

1.5 Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim:

• Contact esperanzavivamxbc@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photographic documentation of the defect

• Upon approval, the customer shall ship the item to the Company at the customer's expense

• The Company will repair or replace the item at its sole discretion

• Return shipping to the customer will be paid by the Company

2.1 Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and Canada.

2.2 USMCA Compliance & Duty-Free Status

All Esperanza Viva Imports products are handcrafted in Mexico by our partner workshops and are USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) compliant. As such:

• Products shipped to the United States are duty-free and exempt from customs duties

• Customers will not be assessed additional import fees or tariffs at the US border

• All necessary documentation for duty-free clearance is provided with each shipment

2.3 Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

3.1 Standard Return Period

Customers may return unused products in their original condition within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

3.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must:

• Be unused and in original, resalable condition

• Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation

• Show no signs of wear, use, or alteration

3.3 Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserve the quality and longevity of Esperanza Viva Imports products and to maintain warranty coverage.

4.1 Full-Grain Leather Care

Routine Cleaning:

• Use only a lightly dampened cloth with clean water to remove surface dust and debris

• DO NOT use soap, detergents, or chemical cleaning agents on leather surfaces (doing so will void the warranty)

• Allow leather to air dry naturally; do not apply direct heat

Deep Cleaning & Conditioning:

• For stubborn stains, use only products specifically formulated for premium full-grain leather

• Apply a quality leather conditioner every six (6) months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking

• Follow all manufacturer instructions on leather care products

General Leather Maintenance:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat

• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

• Do not immerse in water or expose to excessive moisture

4.2 Vinyl Interior Care

The Mexican-made vinyl interiors may be cleaned as follows:

• Use a damp cloth with mild soap (such as gentle dish soap)

• Wipe gently and rinse with clean water

• DO NOT use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents (doing so will void the warranty)

4.3 Artisan-Woven Bracelet Care

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or salt water

• Remove before swimming or bathing

• Store in a dry location when not worn

5.1 Manufacturing Partners

All Esperanza Viva Imports products are handcrafted in small-batch family workshops located in central Mexico, with primary production handled by our partner, Petos Artesanias.
